We ship our furniture almost exclusively by parcel. Only our sofas are delivered by freight forwarder due to their size. Our fabric and wood samples are sent by letter post. Further information on the individual shipping options can be found here.
Parcel delivery (DHL / GLS)
- Germany: Reliable delivery within Germany for €4.99 – free from €120.
- International: We deliver to numerous EU countries (including Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Benelux and Scandinavia). Shipping costs are calculated transparently for you at checkout. We are happy to deliver to further EU countries on request.
Freight delivery (Hermes two-person handling)
- Germany: Free delivery to the location of your choice, including free packaging take-back.
- Austria: International freight delivery to Austria is possible; we charge a flat transport fee of €140 for this.
Letter post (Deutsche Post)
- Germany: Delivery within Germany costs €2.90.
- International: Delivery to numerous EU countries (including Austria, France, Italy, Benelux and Scandinavia) costs €4.90. Further countries on request.

Schon vor der Bestellung wurden wir per E-Mail schnell, freundlich und kompetent beraten. Alle unsere Fragen wurden rasch beantwortet – genau so wünscht man sich einen Kundendienst.
Wir haben am Montag bestellt und die Lieferung in die Schweiz ist bereits am Freitag angekommen – schnell und zuverlässig. Die Produkte machen einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und die Verarbeitung überzeugt auf den ersten Blick. Jetzt müssen sie sich natürlich noch im Alltag bewähren, aber wir sind bis jetzt sehr zufrieden.
Alles in allem eine rundum positive Erfahrung. Wir können mokebo mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. 👍

In den ersten beiden Jahren waren wir sehr zufrieden mit den Sitzsäcken. Leider verliert das Material (trotz Lagerung im Haus im Winter) nach etwas mehr als zwei Jahren an Strapazierfähigkeit, weshalb bei uns beide Sitzsäcke in kürzester Zeit nacheinander bei normaler Benutzung gerissen sind. Support von Mokebo „leider außerhalb der Garantie“. Sehr schade, daher lieber in ein Produkt eines nachhaltigeren Anbieters investieren, damit man länger als zwei Jahre Freude an dem Produkt hat.

So gemütlich und schön. Es passt so gut auf unseren Balkon. Wir haben derzeitig ein Tauben Nest, somit hat die erste Taube einen Sitzsack besudelt. Es ging unglaublich leicht ab und es sind keine Rückstände geblieben.

Der Sundowner ist wirklich sehr bequem und gleichzeitig platzsparend. Der neue Outdoor-Stoff fühlt sich sehr gut auf der Haut an und passt farblich sehr gut zu unserer Terrasse.Wir freuen uns schon, wenn das Wetter dauerhaft besser wird. Es wird definitiv Streit geben, wer ihn haben darf.

Angefangen mit der Lieferung: lief alles sehr gut. Kam alles sicher und gut verpackt bei mir an. Ist zwar ein sehr großes Paket aber dafür sehr leicht.
Qualitativ macht der Sessel und der hocker einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Nähte sind gut verarbeitet, ich konnte keinen Fehler finden. Stoff ebenfalls gut. Keine Kügelchen konnten irgendwo austreten. Super bequem. Über den Winter nutze ich ihn noch Indoor, ab Frühjahr dann Outdoor im Garten. Für den Moment Daumen hoch. Den Rest wird die Zeit zeigen ;-)

Sitzsack + Hocker / Hellgrau
Ich bestelle nicht oft online, da ich immer alles am liebsten im Original sehe und kaufe. Auf der Suche nach was bequemen für die Terrasse war es diesmal allerdings am einfachsten und so kam ich auf mokebo. Bestellung, Lieferung waren total unkompliziert und in wenigen Tagen ausgeführt. Beim Auspacken fand ich es erst etwas klein und hart, aber es bauscht sich dann noch auf und es wird mit der Zeit auch weicher. Mittlerweile finde ich auch die Größe gut. Farbe (hellgrau) ist schön, Stoff angenehm. Durch den Hocker auch richtig bequem und optisch ein Hingucker auf der Terrasse.
