Amazon review
1. Go to Amazon.com, click "Returns & Orders," and find your mokebo order.
2. Click "Write a product review" (not "Leave seller feedback"!) on your mokebo order.
3. Write your product review and click "submit."

Rating on Otto
1. Click here to log in to your Otto account, then click "My Account" and then "My Orders".
2. Scroll to your mokebo order and click on the product. Now click "Rate item" on the left.
3. In the review form, give stars and write a short review about how you liked your order.
4. Click "Submit" to publish your review.
Google reviews
1. Search for mokebo on Google Maps. Make sure you're logged into your Google account.
2. Click "Reviews" on the left, then click "Write a review".
3. Write your review and click "Post".
Review on Home24
1. Go to Home24.de, click on "My account" and then "My orders".
2. Scroll to your mokebo order and click on "View order".
3. Scroll down to "Rate products" and click the button.
4. You'll be redirected to eKomi, where you can write your product review. Write your review and click "Submit review" when you're done.
Guidelines for product reviews
We're thrilled you want to review one of our products. Your feedback helps other customers get a better sense of the product and choose what's right for them, and it helps us continuously improve our range. So that reviews are helpful to everyone and can be published, we ask that you follow these guidelines.
- Your review can be up to 5000 characters
- Please only review products you have personal experience with
- Use your review only to comment on a product's features or functionality
- Your review is especially helpful when you explain why you rated a product positively or negatively
For suggestions, feedback, or general questions about our service, please contact our customer service. If you need to file a complaint, please also reach out to our customer service.
You can submit your review using your full name, a shortened name (e.g., first name or initials), a custom name, or anonymously.
To ensure reviews are authentic and trustworthy, we verify the order history of reviewers together with our review partner. Once a review is matched to an order history, it's verified. If a review can't be matched to a purchase, it won't be verified or displayed.
- Profanity, obscenities, and personal insults
- Political statements or those attacking or denigrating a person's or group's ethnic origin, religion, or sexual orientation
- Personal data, phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs
- Advertising, "spam" content, or references to other products, offers, or websites
- Information directly or indirectly relating to identifiable third parties
- References to other reviews, as context may be lost
- Reviews with a commercial background (such as from manufacturer, competitor, or employee)
- The review contains one of the points mentioned above
- The review is poorly written (many spelling errors, bad grammar)
- The review appears multiple times with identical wording
- The review is a shop review
In the case of a negative review, we will contact you and try to find a solution together. If you do not respond to our contact attempt, we reserve the right to remove your review in exceptional cases. This also applies if we were able to solve your issue but the negative review is not updated.
mokebo is authorized to distribute, reuse, and share image material posted by the reviewer on its own social media channels, website, and for press purposes, as well as to third parties acting on behalf of the company. The reviewer grants the company the right to use the images for these purposes. If you don't want your images used outside of the review, you can inform mokebo by email at hello@mokebo.de.
