Important information about our shipping methods
All of our items – with the exception of sofas – are shipped via parcel delivery.

Shipping countries
We ship throughout Germany and to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, and Czech Republic.

Parcel shipping within Germany
For orders up to €119.99, we charge €4.99 for shipping; orders of €120.00 or more ship free. Exact shipping costs are displayed transparently in your cart. You'll find the specific delivery and processing times for each item on the product detail page. Our shipping partners DHL and GLS deliver standard service to the first lockable entrance (building entrance/ground floor). Delivery drivers often bring packages to your apartment door as well – however, we cannot guarantee this.

Through package tracking, you can flexibly set your preferred delivery day, choose a safe drop-off location, or arrange for a neighbor to receive your package.

International parcel shipping
We currently offer international delivery of our parcel-shippable furniture as standard to many parts of the EU (see list above). Depending on the weight and type of item, we calculate the corresponding shipping costs at checkout once you've entered your delivery address. Would you like delivery to another EU country? Freight shipping within Germany
Freight shipping of our sofas is free within Germany. You'll find the exact delivery and processing times on the product detail page. Our freight partner Hermes guarantees delivery to your home.

International freight shipping
International delivery of our sofas is currently also available to Austria, with transport costs of €140.

Material sample shipping
See for yourself – experience the quality and feel! Order fabric or wood samples to your home. We charge a small shipping fee of €2.90 (DE) or €4.90 (International).

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer, we deliver within Germany within 2–3 business days, and to international addresses within 4–5 business days after contract conclusion (for prepaid orders, starting from the time of your payment instruction). Delivery does not occur on Sundays or public holidays. If you've ordered items with different delivery times, we'll ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed – the delivery time will then be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Digital gift cards
No shipping costs apply to digital gift cards. You'll receive them as a file via email within 1 hour after contract conclusion (for prepaid orders, starting from the time of your payment instruction).
