Important information about our shipping methods
All of our items – with the exception of sofas – are shipped via parcel delivery.
Shipping countries
We deliver to numerous EU countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and the Czech Republic. Would you like your order delivered to another EU country? Please let us know which items you’d like to order, and we’ll calculate the delivery costs specifically for you! Parcel delivery
or orders up to €119.99, we charge a delivery fee of €4.99; for orders of €120.00 or more, delivery is free of charge. You can find the relevant delivery and processing times for each item on the product details page. Deliveries by our shipping partners DHL and GLS are made as standard to the first lockable front door (main entrance/ground floor). Couriers often deliver the parcel right to your front door – however, we cannot guarantee this.
Using the tracking service, you can flexibly specify your preferred delivery date, a secure drop-off point or a neighbour to receive the parcel.
Freight shipping within Germany
Freight shipping of our sofas is free within Germany. You'll find the exact delivery and processing times on the product detail page. Our freight partner Hermes guarantees delivery to your home.
International freight shipping
International delivery of our sofas is currently also available to Austria, with transport costs of €140.
Material sample shipping
See for yourself – experience the quality and feel! Order fabric or wood samples to your home. We charge a small shipping fee of €2.90 (DE) or €4.90 (International).
Delivery times
You can find the delivery times listed for each item. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed – in which case the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Digital gift cards
No shipping costs apply to digital gift cards. You'll receive them as a file via email within 1 hour after contract conclusion (for prepaid orders, starting from the time of your payment instruction).
