You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, received the last item. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Return shipping costs depend on the type of item and its value (according to your invoice amount):

Parcel shipments – returns from Germany:

• Item value under €100: €6.90
• Item value €100–400: €12.90
• Item value over €400: €19.90

Parcel shipments – returns from abroad (AT, NL, etc.):

• Item value under €100: €9.90
• Item value €100–400: €16.90
• Item value over €400: €24.90

Freight shipments (sofa, pickup by appointment):

• Germany & abroad: €139.00

These costs apply regardless of the number of packages returned. This rule does not apply if the goods were delivered with defects. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling not necessary for inspecting the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
