If you make use of this option, we will send you an email confirming receipt of this declaration of withdrawal, stating its content as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery we offer at the lowest cost), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Parcel goods – returns from abroad (AT, NL, etc.):

Freight goods (sofa, pickup by appointment):

These costs apply regardless of the number of packages returned. This rule does not apply if the goods were delivered defective. Effects of cancellation
